Because all Grid Club Wear products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please review product details and size information carefully before placing your order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect size selection.
Preference-related issues that are not caused by a defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
ELIGIBLE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT CLAIMS
We may offer a replacement or a refund if your order has one of the following issues:
Wrong item received.
Damaged or defective product upon arrival.
Significant printing errors or serious quality issues.
HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We typically review claims within 2 to 3 business days.
REFUND METHOD
If your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Because our products are made to order, slight variations in print placement, color tone, garment texture, and size tolerance may occur and do not automatically qualify as defects.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted outside the claim window, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
