Welcome to Grid Club Wear. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Grid Club Wear. Grid Club Wear operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Grid Club Wear is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including browsing our website, placing an order, communicating with us, or otherwise interacting with our store. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and obligations.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, appear to be fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS
Grid Club Wear offers apparel and related products, including print-on-demand items such as the Basic Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt | Gildan 64000. Our products are generally custom-made to order after purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork placement, descriptions, sizing, and other details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, fabric batch, and production methods.
Because our products are printed to order, slight variations in print placement, color tone, garment texture, stitching, and sizing tolerance may occur and do not automatically qualify as defects.
All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit available quantities at any time.
SECTION 3 - SIZING AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and other fit information before placing an order. This is especially important for made-to-order apparel.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, personal preference, buyer’s remorse, or other reasons not covered by our Refund Policy. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend reviewing the posted measurements carefully before ordering.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, suspected unauthorized activity, pricing errors, availability issues, or errors in product or shipping information.
Your order is not final until payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation or otherwise begin processing your order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it, including product selection, size, color, shipping address, and contact information.
SECTION 5 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION AND CANCELLATIONS
Most products sold by Grid Club Wear are made to order. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be changed, canceled, or edited.
If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
SECTION 6 - PRICES, BILLING, AND TAXES
All prices shown on the Services are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, import fees, and similar charges are added or disclosed at checkout where required. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees that apply to your order unless otherwise expressly stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount due.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our current shipping timelines and thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 and free shipping on international orders over $100. Orders are typically shipped within 7 to 14 days of being placed. Estimated delivery after shipment is 2 to 5 business days for domestic U.S. orders and 4 to 15 business days for international orders, depending in part on destination and customs clearance.
All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, high order volume, supply interruptions, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.
We may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy, in cases such as a wrong item received, a damaged or defective item on arrival, or significant printing errors or quality issues.
To request support, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, product designs, images, icons, layout, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Grid Club Wear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, sell, or exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use of our content, branding, or design materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may, but are not obligated to, remove or refuse any Feedback that we believe violates these Terms or may expose us or others to harm or liability.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Certain parts of the Services may also rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, apps, and fulfillment partners.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, tools, or content that are not under our control. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy practices.
Any purchase you make through this store is made directly from Grid Club Wear, not from Shopify. However, Shopify may process certain information necessary to power and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, IMAGE, OR OTHER CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRID CLUB WEAR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF SAVINGS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY ORDER OR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grid Club Wear and its affiliates, service providers, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or any purchase from Grid Club Wear shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
SECTION 22 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grid Club Wear regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
